Return procedure
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on regularly priced unworn shoes. You may return regular price shoes within 45 days of your order for immediate credit.(less handling fees). Sale items are non-refundable. However, they may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Please e-mail us at returns@teamshoeseaport.com for a return authorization code before return. You must have the confirmed return authorization code we email you before we can any returns are accepted. Please include the return authorization code, name, address, and reason for return.
		Exchange procedure
For exchanges a handling fee of $5.00 applies . You may exchange the item(s) within 45 days of your order. Any returned and exchanged items must be unworn and returned in the original box. Please include your exchange authorization code,name, address, and reason for exchange. Please place the exchange code on the outside of your return package, package without the exchange code will be refused. Exchanged items will be shipped upon receiving the original items. Please indicate if you wish another size or style for exchanges.
